Self-Love – Most of us were taught how to relate to others long before we were taught how to relate to ourselves. We learned how to please, protect, perform, or survive, but rarely how to be in a caring, gentle relationship with our own inner life.
We are not trying to ‘fix’ ourselves or become someone new. We are practicing a new way of relating to who we already are, with curiosity instead of criticism, care instead of control, and presence instead of abandonment. Featuring a Healing Sound Bowl Journey by the incredible Lisa Belle
