Why do I need a coach?

Sometimes you just need a little extra support, encouragement and guidance to stay focused and committed to the goals, dreams and desires of your unique life journey. Whether you are healing from trauma, building a business or reconnecting to your faith, having someone to navigate the journey with will empower you to create a life in alignment with your soul.

Coaching is not therapy, nor is it intended to take the place of a therapist. However, coaching is a fantastic complement to those who are in therapy. Counselors are only available 1 hour per week, whereas coaches offer access throughout the week for additional support if and when you need it. Workshops and Support Circles add another layer of support and connection through community by building relationships with others on similar journeys.

What can I expect?

•Ceremonial coaching sessions provide sacred space to connect to the Divine, nature, and self. These are heavily focused on implementing holistic, spiritual concepts in practical ways to integrate the lessons, insights, downloads, revelations from workshops and circles into your life.

•Individual coaching sessions focus on YOUR specific needs and goals. This is where you receive extra support and guidance designed specifically for you to integrate your specific subconscious patterns into your conscious awareness, which lead to behavioral changes that will transform your life.

•Access to Shayla through phone/text for individualized support, guidance, and integration. 

•FREE access to “The Tribe of Transformation.” New content is always added as it is developed including workshops, meditations, inspirational and informative posts and so much more! Join others who are on the journey alongside you.
