The Sacred Journey of Becoming ‘The Rooted’
The Rooted is a 12-month transformational healing experience that bridges faith, nervous system science, and ancient wisdom to address the effects of trauma at the root. Ceremony is woven into each workshop to honor the sacred elements of the healing journey. We focus on understanding, healing and supporting the energy body, beginning within the ROOT chakra. Learning how root chakra energy relates to the stability of our Nervous System, we will create a solid foundation of safety and belonging to support the structures that weren’t properly built in childhood.
Our connection to Spirit breathes life into the soil of our hearts. Seeds of wisdom and truth, watered with love and support, anchors budding roots in solid ground, so we can rise into the fullness of our God given potential.
