Hello Beautiful Soul!
Whether we met at the Flower Moon Festival, crossed paths at another event, sat together in ceremony, connected through a workshop, or found each other somewhere along the way… Welcome Back.
It’s been a little while since I’ve sent a message through The Sacred Pulse, and this feels like a gentle return. A way to reconnect, gather the threads, and continue nurturing the healing, reflection, embodiment, and Sacred remembering that brought us into each other’s orbit in the first place.
If we did meet at the Flower Moon Festival, I want to say thank you. Thank you for your presence, your softness, your openness, for your willingness to feel, breathe, listen, receive, and remember something sacred within yourself. It was an honor and blessing to sit with you in ceremony.
Flower Moon Recap
During the festival, I had the honor of holding a Nervous System Reset Ceremony, where we moved through a meditation connecting the elements of the Garden of Eden to the living landscape within our own bodies.
Earth. Water. Breath. Fire. Life. Not as concepts outside of us, but as sacred energies within us.
The soil of our bodies, anchored, grounded, stable, strong.
The waters of our emotions, flowing, moving, cleansing, removing blockages.
The breath of Spirit within our lungs, like a prayer that moves life into deep spaces.
The fire of desire, courage, and transformation to illuminate darkness, to guide, to refine.
The life of love moving through us.
Integration Reflection
And during the closing ceremony, I shared something that I want to keep speaking over you this week:
Don’t let the beauty end at the festival. Don’t go home and let the sacred things you felt disappear into the noise of normal life. Let them settle. Let them speak. Let them become part of you.
Where does love live inside you? Take inventory of what you saw, what you felt, what moved you, what opened within you, what softened you, what stirred your heart. Let the good feelings sit inside your chest for a while, but don’t let them stay there forever. Because love MOVES. Love is not only meant to be felt, love is meant to be lived in hands and feet and mouth through courage, generosity, and words.
Love becomes the choice to soften instead of harden. It becomes the brave little action you take when your heart says, “This matters.” Love is life and life moves… only dead things stay still.
This Week’s Sacred Practice
I invite you to ask yourself… What is one way I can move in love?
Not perform love. Not prove love. Not force love…but MOVE in love.
Maybe it is reaching out to someone you’ve been thinking about.
Maybe it is forgiving yourself for something you keep carrying.
Maybe it is making your home feel softer.
Maybe it is speaking truth with gentleness.
Maybe it is resting instead of abandoning your body again.
Maybe it is letting God love someone through your hands, your words, your presence, your choices.
For the next couple of weeks, give yourself space to notice what rises. Invite ceremony into your life if you haven’t already… light a candle, sit quietly, let yourself be with yourself as you enter into Divine presence.
Feel free to journal what comes up.
Ask:
What did I receive that wants to be integrated?
What beauty am I being asked to carry forward?
What is God’s love trying to live through me now?
Where is my nervous system asking to be held, softened, and restored?
You don’t have to rush the answers. Sometimes integration is not a lightning bolt. Sometimes it is a slow unfolding, a quiet remembering, a breath that finally reaches the places in you that have been bracing for too long.
A Prayer & Blessing
May the beauty you received not fade when the music ends.
May the sacred moments you felt become seeds planted deep within the soil of your life.
May your body remember that it is safe to soften.
May your heart remember that love is not something you have to chase, earn, or perform for.
May your nervous system be gently restored by the presence of God.
May the breath within your lungs remind you that Spirit is near.
May the waters of your emotions be honored without shame.
May the fire within you burn with courage, not exhaustion.
May the earth beneath you remind you that you are held.
May the light within you reveal what is ready to heal.
And may love not only be something you feel…
May it become something you live.
Through your hands. Through your feet. Through your mouth. Through your choices. Through your presence.
May God’s love move through you this week in simple, holy, human ways.
Amen.
