The earth and her rhythms are deeply intertwined with our biology.
Living in rhythm with nature invites us to remember that we are not separate from the earth and her cycles. We are part of them.
Circadian rhythms, menstrual cycles, time to plant seeds of intention, root into ourselves, shed old patterns and grow into a new being.
Our great mother tends to the soul and the body with wisdom, nurturing, provision, guidance, sustenance and soooo much love.
I live in deep connection with the world around me every day. Honoring the sun with gratitude, I say good morning to my garden, I try to help bugs get back to where they belong, I speak life into my daily cacao, I ask God to bless the work of my hands and I am attuned to my energy at all times. The moon holds many of my prayers and dreams. I nurture connection with my kids, the people around me, my community, those who breathe life into my soul.
Synergy.
Where we all work with one another building off of the energy to create sustainability. Relationships are everywhere. With God. With nature. With ourselves. With each other. We are relational beings and until we truly learn to love ourselves from deep within, we will struggle with the outer world.
Hence when we find our own rhythms and we connect with the cycles of the earth, it brings us into balance and alignment. The world outside and the world within integrating.
This summer has become a season of love for me. Learning how to love myself well, love others well and be loved well in return. When you are in alignment, the rest naturally falls into place without effort.
I hope you’re connected to your inner world, your beautiful self, the light within. Because that space will shine so brightly outside of you when you do. I promise. I am living proof. Darkness doesn’t get the final say and we don’t need to be scared of it, we just need to understand it and harness its power for good.
May the light within shine brightly in this world and may you never allow anyone to dim it again. 🙏
